Youth Gardening & Composting Program
Planting knowledge. Growing leaders. Nourishing our future.
-
Dream it.
UCAN is launching an exciting new program just for youth, focused on gardening and composting. This hands-on, outdoor initiative will teach young people how to grow their own food, care for the environment, and reduce waste by turning food scraps into healthy compost.
-
Build it.
Through this program, youth will gain valuable skills in sustainability, teamwork, and environmental stewardship—while connecting with the land and their community.
From planting seeds to harvesting veggies and building compost bins, participants will be part of something that grows far beyond the garden.
-
Grow it.
This is more than just a gardening program—it’s about growing future leaders who care for their neighborhoods and the planet. Coming soon!
